Day 1

Well let me start off with my stats

5'7"
140lbs
28yrs old

I use to be very active in High School and then in the Army but for the last 5 years I have slacked off so much and you can really tell. I am starting this Blog to hopefully motivate myself to keep going! I do some P90X and go to the gym with little cardio.

To day I went to the local Navy base gym and did Arms

Dumbbell Curls Standing
10x25lbs
10x27.5lbs
10x27.5lbs

I think I can start with 30lbs next time.

TriPush Downs with the cable
10x80lbs
10x100lbs
10x100lbs

I am gonna try for a weight that when I hit the 3rd st I can only do 8. So I am going to increase the weight next time.

Seated Hammer Curls
10x27.5lbs
8x27.5lbs
9x27.5

Defiantly need to try harder on this one. I realized my left arm is weaker than my right.

Isolated TriPush Downs (Cables but with only one arm at a time)

I really liked this weight and exercise. Really made me focus on the tris.

21s 7x7x7

30lbs was light
40lbs start here next time
went back to 30lbs to see if I could do anymore. Yeah didn't happen.

21s are by far my favorite exercise next to bench press.

Dips with the machine
10x100lbs Light
10x130lbs Perfect weight, but don't forget the seat belt!
8x130lbs



I would say over all a good workout. I really could feel it after wards.

I take Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 for my Protein Shake, Amplified Creatine 189, and OneADay Mens Multivitamin.
